Ed Christ, Jr., President
Ed has over 33 years of construction experience, starting out in the carpentry trade and working his way up to project superintendent, estimator, and now a licensed General Contractor and runs the company. Ed has experience running a broad range of new construction and renovation projects including telecommunications facilities, offices, banks, industrial facilities, schools, military facilities, and retail space. Whether the project is high profile such as the historic-style PowerNet Credit Union, or high-pressure such as a coordination and control room in a top-secret facility at MacDill Air Force Base, Ed has earned a reputation for high quality work brought in on-schedule. As the company President, Ed is responsible for all field operations and is the company Safety Director.
Greg Scott, Vice-President
Greg graduated from of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and served 9 years as a commissioned officer in the US Army. Greg holds a State General Contractor License and has over 18 years of construction experience ranging from construction laborer and apprentice carpenter to estimator, architectural coordinator, purchasing manager, production manager, and project manager. He has experience with a wide range of construction projects including telecommunications facilities, banks, office buildings, production residential, and retail centers - from acquisition of entitlements and design through project close-out. As the company Vice-President, Greg is responsible for all office operations and general administration.
